At MHRS, we work on a retained and exclusive basis, which provides a much deeper interaction with and understanding of the client’s organization culture in addition to understanding the requirements of the specific job; with the process involving constant interaction of the consultant with both candidate and client and keeping the client updated with periodic status reports till completion and on-boarding of the hire. In this model, an upfront fee is paid for starting the engagement process, a part of the fee is paid while submitting the shortlist and the balance is paid after successful joining of the candidate. This is the preferred model for Leadership searches because it involves 100% commitment and responsibility.
